| We are some IT guys that wanted to start a venture where we could not only help people but offer our services to the world. This is when Phynom was created, we began all the way back in 2006 as a raw idea and we started preliminary ideas. We settled on Web Hosting in 2007, and we completed our business plan and did all of the necessary preparations. Phynom launched in July of 2008 and we have been going strong ever since! |

| Our Mission in the hosting business is to help as many people achieve their own personal or business goals without having to worry about their website. We do our best to be kind and helpful to every customer that we get, and we are not like other companies. We don't just appear nice and then when you are locked in and pay for your services we become disrespectful. Our biggest advertising is word of mouth and that can only spread if your services are exceptional. We all do our best so that we can make everyone want to talk about it! |

| We have several locations to serve you as best as possible. The office in which we work is in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. However we outsource our resources to the United States as it is more affordable for both us and our customers and the quality remains the same. If you have any questions, e-mail us here. | There is no catch to our services. We don't hide fees in our terms of service and we don't charge you any extra fees. Like everything with us, everything is how you see it. You know the saying 'if it seems to be too good to be true, then it probably is' well with us it does seem good, and that is because it truly is. You should have all the information to make an informed decision about your host and we want to provide all of it to you.
