By checking in our billing system that you agree to the terms of service you agree to all of the below terms of service that apply to you. Also by checking the box you agree to our acceptable use policy and you agree that you read over our privacy policy. We reserve the right to change/modify these terms without notice at any time.


Dedicated Terms of Service

This applies to all of our dedicated servers, whether they are managed or not this policy will apply. The terms listed in the agreement that doesn't require a dedicated server and isn't mentioned in the below (Dedicated TOS) policy also applies to our shared and reseller hosting plans.
